What is CARTRE.NET?

CARTRE.NET is an online platform that allows individuals and businesses to safely and easily buy and sell used cars. Anyone can list or purchase vehicles.

What payment methods are available for paid plans?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express) and PayPay. Please note that bank transfers are not supported.

How do I get my subscription receipt?

After completing your payment, the subscription receipt will be available on your My Account page. You can view and download it from the “Billing History” section.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, your credit card information is securely handled using industry-standard encryption and a trusted payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Where can I check the pricing for membership plans?

You can find the pricing details for our membership plans on the Publication Fee page. It includes a breakdown of features and fees for each plan.

Is there a special plan for listing many vehicles?

Gold Membership is available for customers who wish to list a large number of vehicles. Please refer to the membership page for details and conditions.

Do you offer a free trial plan?

To allow you to experience the quality of our service before subscribing to a plan, we provide a free trial that includes one vehicle listings at no cost.

How do I reset my Account password?

To reset your password, go to the Login page and click on “Forgot Password?” Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

Transaction FAQ

How do I register an account?

Click the “Register” button on the homepage and enter your email address and password to create an account.

How do I list a car for sale?

After logging in, click the “List a Car” button. Fill in the vehicle details (make, model, year, etc.) and upload photos. You can set your own selling price.

Can I inspect the vehicle before purchasing?

Yes, buyers can contact sellers through the chat feature to arrange a time and place for viewing or test-driving the vehicle.

How is the vehicle handed over after purchase?

The method of transportation should be decided and executed in advance by both parties. Please note that transportation and insurance fees are not included in the vehicle fee.

Is listing free?

Yes, free membership allows you to list one vehicle at no cost. If you wish to list multiple vehicles or extend the listing duration, a paid plan is required.

Can I cancel a purchase after it's confirmed?

As a general rule, cancellations after confirmation are not allowed. If necessary, please consult directly with the seller.

Can I list a vehicle that doesn't have a valid inspection?

Yes, vehicles without valid inspection can be listed. Be sure to clearly state the condition in the vehicle description to avoid misunderstandings.

How do I pay for the vehicle?

After prior discussion with the seller, payment for the vehicle will be made directly to the seller in cash, credit or escrow service.
