GENERAL

These Terms of Service govern the use of the membership-based website and services provided by AZ Wave. By registering as a member or using the Service, Member agree to these Terms.

1 – Scope of Application

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the Member and the Company concerning the use of the Service.
2. We may establish additional provisions, guidelines, or rules separately from these Terms. Such Individual Rules shall form part of these Terms.

2 – Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• “Member”: An individual or legal entity who agrees to these Terms and completes the registration process.
• “Member Information”: Any and all information provided by the Member to the Company, including registration details and usage history.
• “Content”: Text, images, videos, audio, programs, and other data and media available on the Service.

3 – Membership Registration

1. Individuals wishing to use the Service must apply for membership using accurate and up-to-date information and obtain our approval.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke registration in the following cases:
   • False or misleading information is provided.
   • The applicant is a member of or affiliated with antisocial forces.
   • We determine that the registration is inappropriate for any reason.

4 – Account Management

1. Members are solely responsible for managing their login ID and password
2. Members must not transfer, lend, or share their Login Credentials with any third party.
3. We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of a Member’s Login Credentials.

5 – Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following:

1. Violating laws or public morals
2. Impersonating any person or entity
3. Infringing on the rights of others
4. Obstructing or interfering with the operation of the Service
5. Using the Service for commercial purposes without our express consent
6. Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Service
7. Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

6 – Fees and Payment

1. If the Service includes paid features or subscription plans, Members shall pay the applicable fees in the manner specified by us.
2. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
3. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods in the event of early termination.

7 – Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service and its content belong to us or the rightful rights holders.
2. Members may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise use content without prior written consent.

8 – Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Service

1. We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice under the following circumstances:
   • System maintenance or technical issues
   • Natural disasters or other force majeure events
   • Other situations where such action is deemed necessary
2. We shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from such changes, suspension, or termination.

9 – Termination of Membership

1. Members may terminate their membership at any time through the procedure designated by us.
2. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership without prior notice in the following cases:
   • Violation of these Terms
   • False registration information
   • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us

10 – Disclaimer of Liability

1. We are not liable for any damages incurred by Members unless due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2. We are not involved in any disputes between Members or between Members and third parties and accept no responsibility in such cases.

11 – Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Changes become effective when posted on the Service unless otherwise specified.

12 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the Company’s place of business.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
